Develop and deliver course content for assigned political science courses, including syllabi, instructional materials, assignments, and assessments, in alignment with approved curricula and learning outcomes.
Facilitate engaging and effective instruction using appropriate delivery methods (online, hybrid, or face-to-face), incorporating lectures, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
Create and maintain an inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and respectful academic discourse.
Design, administer, and evaluate assessments to measure student learning and academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Maintain regular communication with students through scheduled office hours, electronic communication, and learning management systems.
Utilize learning management systems and instructional technologies to deliver course materials, track student progress, and support instructional objectives.
Adhere to institutional policies, academic standards, and accreditation requirements, including recordkeeping, grading deadlines, and FERPA compliance.

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or ABD) in Political Science or a closely related discipline.
Two (2) years' of experience at the collegiate level.
