- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
- Five years of experience in construction and the ability to oversee skilled trades employees
- Ability in maintaining organized records, maintaining complex spreadsheets, and composing reports.
- Knowledge of CMMS software, financial accounting software, Microsoft Office products (or equivalent), Google products, Smart Phone technology, tablet technology, and computers.
- Ability to read and understand construction documents pertaining to architectural and engineering scope.
- Experience in managing laboratory construction.
- Experience in estimating.
- Ability to identify and solve issues before they become problems - proactive problem solving.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set.
