Analogue Studio is seeking a Project Manager who shares our commitment to building lasting relationships and projects. At Analogue, the best Project Managers are strong executors, trusted advisors, clear communicators, and authentic leaders who elevate their teammates and projects.
From conceptual design through construction administration, our Project Managers tailor our structured process to their vision for the project and their role. Across the office, they work as a team to balance priorities and identify opportunities to keep the studio running at its best. And for those whose impact grows beyond projects, a structured path to leadership provides opportunities to participate in firm growth and management.
Our eight-year average tenure reflects deliberate investments: annual reviews and quarterly check-ins that support continuous growth, active workload management that keeps our average work week at 42 hours, and opportunities for leadership at every level.
Responsibilities
Lead interior architecture and major renovation projects across workplace, hospitality, restaurant, education, and residential sectors
Steward all aspects of a project: design schedule, design fee, quality control, design integrity, client relationship, and consultant coordination
Champion design intent from concept through construction administration, ensuring that what we design becomes what gets built
Guide and review consultant work for coherence with the overall design intent, and coordinate that work into the architectural design
Tailor design concepts to project constraints, balancing design impact, budget, schedule, and constructability without losing sight of what makes the work great
Communicate proactively with clients, consultants, and contractors. Surface risks early, present complete information, and build trust through consistent follow-through
Collaborate with fellow Project Managers to balance office-wide workloads, resources, and schedules
Give and receive feedback that is specific, direct, and rooted in genuine investment in your team’s growth
Contribute to a culture of initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
At least seven years of relevant experience, with demonstrated leadership on projects through construction administration
A holistic design sensibility that extends from how our designs reinforce project concepts, to how they are brought to life through construction to how they function in real life
Technical fluency across construction documents, building systems, detailing, and code
Experience managing project schedules, fees, and consultant coordination
The ability to manage up, down, and sideways with colleagues, clients, consultants, and contractors
A clear, direct communicator who knows their audience, adapts accordingly, and follows through
Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and committed to getting the job done
A rigorous approach to quality in your own work and in the work of your team
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Professional degree in architecture or interior design required
