This position is also responsible for the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance in all areas of campus. This position has full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of all HVAC and refrigeration equipment on campus. Supervisor may assign other job- related duties not specifically listed under essential tasks.

This position is a mandatory position as defined in the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event Policy.
This position requires working an emergency call-back rotation and may be called in for emergency response during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE IN ELECTRONICS; OR EQUIVALENTCOMBINATION OF TRAININGANDEXPERIENCE. ALLDEGREESMUST BE RECEIVEDFROMAPPROPRIATELYACCREDITEDINSTITUTIONS.
Additional Required
Must have a valid driver’s license and CFC Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) to seven (7) years of directly related experience with a minimum of an Associate’s degree or two-year college equivalent preferred.
