Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Mechanical System Mechanic II for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Under the direction of the Supervisor, Maintenance and Construction, performs a variety of maintenance, repairs, and installation/replacement of machinery, mechanical equipment, and systems, and when assigned to shifts, responds and takes action on all skilled trade calls.
