$1500-$2000 per month based on licensing and experience. Job is 11 months out of the year. We take July off so must be available during those other months.
Looking for a motivated, energetic coach for a 2013 boys age group that will be participating in the newly formed Sunshine Division in the New MLS Next Teir. Pay will range from $1500-$2000 per month depending on level of experience and licensing. Practices 3 nights a week at Paradise Coast Complex in Naples, FL and games on weekends around South Florida. Perfect second job for someone young and looking to get in on the ground floor of a growing Soccer Academy. For the right person, with the right experience there might be an opportunity to do multiple teams if interested to make more of a living wage.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Club’s coaching philosophy is established and will be provided as practice plans to follow as a guideline.
Monitor player development, adapt coaching strategies to meet individual needs, and ensure consistent progress.
Giving player feedback as necessary
Game Preparation & Management:
Strategically prepare teams for MLS Next level competition, focusing on game tactics and player mentality and involvement in team principles.
Manage in-game coaching, including tactics, substitutions, and player adjustments.
Conduct post-match reviews with players, providing constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
Handle roster Management with the help of a team administrator, complying with league rules and regulations
