OverviewThe Telecommunications Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining the corporate voice system and related communications equipment on and off campus for renovations, new construction and daily requests for service. This role is accountable for all telephony service and support, relating to all telecommunications technology, to include: VoIP, voicemail systems, ACD, IVR and traditional telecommunications systems, network interface, and vendor specific hardware and software.
