General Tasks/Duties – AV Project Foreman

• Manage site operations for AVL installation projects, from award stage through final project completion 

• Management of overall crew and project scheduling for on-time and within budget completion of projects  

• Manage the timely submittal of all as-builts update information upon project completion 

• Participate in post-mortem meetings at the conclusion of each project 

• Coordinate technician staffing, and any associated sub-contractors 

• Oversee receiving of equipment for installation projects 

• Oversight and implementation of on-site safety programs. 

• Coordinate project documentation, including change orders, final submittal and training information. 

• Participate in training for key manufacturers, particularly D&B Audiotechnik and any other products that are deemed necessary by the company 

• Basic programming and configuration of installed systems as necessary 

• Develop new business relationships and revenue streams 

• Such other duties as may be determined and assigned by 3G. 

Qualifications – AV Project Foreman

• CTS-I (or ability to obtain) 

• 5 years AV install experience 

• 5 years construction project oversight experience 

• OSHA 30 (construction) or ability to obtain 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment 

• Ability to maintain composure in stressful, high-pressure situations 

• Physical Demands: Will frequently lift and move 50–100 lbs.
