Position:  Architectural Designer for a Coastal SC firm specializing in custom residential architecture and design-oriented projects of a diverse nature.

Goggans Architecture specializes in distinctly crafted luxury residential design. We have an extensive history of realizing extraordinary homes along the Carolina coast. Our small and growing team of design professionals are passionate creatives working closely together to bring our clients’ vision and dreams to life. Goggans Architecture is led by Steve Goggans, AIA, who has more than 40 years of experience in the design of award-winning homes. Daily tasks may include:

• Designing and Drafting Architectural Documents at every phase
• On-site construction visits and administration
• Preparation of proposals and contracts
• Preparation of materials for presentations
• Developing exterior and interior rendering (Lumion experience a plus)
• Coordinating and collaborating with different disciplines, including Interiors, LA, Structural Engineers, etc.
• Maintaing client files and notes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior experience in a design firm
• Architectural Degree, preferably from a NAAB accredited program
• Experience with REVIT preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good graphic capabilities
• Must be a self-starter and ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, etc.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, etc.

Should be flexible and excited in working between design disciplines, including interiors,
