Under the supervision of a Program Manager or Program Director, the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide initial and ongoing supervision to behavioral staff working with client population at the Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (iCASD). This position will supervise a caseload of patients, conduct assessments, design and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress toward goals, and provide caregiver training. This position will also provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technician staff while providing positive and constructive feedback daily. This position will also assist with hiring and training new behavioral staff.
