POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Budget Analysis and Reporting: Conduct budget analysis for Renovation projects, including comparisons of budget vs. actual costs. Update spreadsheets for Renovation and Grant projects, tracking new commitments, actual costs, and monitoring expenditures for compliance. Prepare and provide detailed reports on Renovation and Grant projects, highlighting budget status, commitments, and actual expenditures. Capital Planning: Maintain and develop the 20-year Capital Plan, including updating the database, adding new projects, and preparing reports for senior management.
