About the role :

• To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management for Singapore Sports Hub (including that of Lifecycle Projects Procurement) and/or other relevant teams as stipulated by the company.
• Participate in supply chain operational excellence and business process management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in projects for new tender bids, process improvement with focus on but not limited to, efficiency and costs and maintaining a long-term commitment.
• Analyze current approaches to identifying opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project. execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs.
• Articulate pros and cons, facts and figures ,and broad business topics to various stakeholders including senior management team.
• Support the development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with the strategy and controlling of budget on costs as a strategic partner
• Generate monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively.

About you :

• Diploma or Bachelorâ™s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business Process or other related business domains, or certified professional in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2-5 years (1-3 years for Executive role) of Procurement and Supply Chain experience in similar capacity
• Ideally with industry exposure to Real Estate, FM, Engineering, Design or Construction
