The primary purpose of this position is the supervision of the plumbing and steam distribution crew of the Utilities Division. The position supervises and coordinates the operation of the combined plumbing and steam shop with responsibility for all campus plumbing and steam distribution operations. This position is responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance (and associated records and reports) on the campus water and steam distribution systems.

15% – Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
10% – Renovation and Construction
5% – Budget Preparation, Record Keeping, Reports, and Material Procurement

This is a mandatory position as defined in the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event policy.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TRADE AREAS ASSIGNED; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
