Position Information: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of assigned properties to include: general repairs preventive maintenance delivery of equipment coordination of work between the user and Engineering department and/or outside contractors. Provides technical guidance and assistance for all traditional building systems and specialized systems.
Experience Requirements: 3 Years Construction Required - Or 3 Years Facilities Maintenance In HVAC Maintenance Or Plumbing Or Electrician Or Carpenter Required
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
