Job Duties:
Manage and lead a team of software developers, offering technical guidance and support throughout the SDLC.
Architect, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and solutions, ensuring robust security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions
Establish seamless integrations between on-premises applications and cloud-based databases, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Resolve technical challenges and issues related to cloud software development and integration
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/ Node.js and experience with cloud-native development frameworks
Sound knowledge in pension/ MPF products
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
